These terms apply when you browse jerrybuildsbricks.com or buy from it. By placing an order you agree to them.
Who I am
Jerry Builds Bricks is operated by [your legal name], [postal address], [company ID (IČO), if registered], Czechia. Contact: [contact email].
What you are buying
The shop sells digital downloads: PDF building instructions and XML parts lists for custom LEGO®-compatible models I design. No physical bricks or models are sold or shipped. Prices are shown in US dollars [and include / exclude VAT]. A contract is formed when you receive the order confirmation email. I may change prices at any time, but never for an order already placed.
Delivery
Your download links are available immediately after payment, by email and in your account’s Purchase History. Download links may have a limit on the number of downloads or an expiry. Keep a copy of your files. If a link stops working, email me and I will resend it.
Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe, Square and PayPal. I never see or store your full card number.
License and ownership
You buy a license to use the files, not the designs themselves. What you may and may not do is set out in the Personal-Use License. All designs, instructions and site content are copyright Jerry Builds Bricks unless stated otherwise.
LEGO® and other trademarks
LEGO® is a trademark of the LEGO Group, which does not sponsor, authorize or endorse this site or its products. All models are original, unofficial fan creations (MOCs). Vehicle names and designs from films, TV series and games belong to their respective owners, and I have no affiliation with them.
Parts lists and building
Part numbers, colors and prices come from third-party databases such as BrickLink and Rebrickable. Availability and prices change, and I cannot guarantee that every part is in stock or at a given price. LEGO® builds contain small parts, so adult supervision is advised for young children.
Using the site
Please keep your account details secure, do not share your login, and do not scrape the site, interfere with its operation, or share purchased files with others.

Liability
I am responsible for the files working as described. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for intent or gross negligence, personal injury, or your statutory consumer rights. Beyond that, my liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned.
Links to other sites
The site links to YouTube, Instagram, BrickLink, Rebrickable and others. I am not responsible for their content or practices.
Changes
I may update these terms. The version published when you place an order is the one that applies to it.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Czech law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live. Please contact me first and I will do my best to resolve any problem. Consumers in Czechia can also turn to the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (ČOI, coi.cz) for out-of-court resolution.
