Refund Policy

Last updated: 25 October 2026

Every product on Jerry Builds Bricks is a digital download: a PDF building-instructions booklet plus an XML parts list. You get the files the moment your payment goes through, so refunds work differently than for physical goods. I want you to be happy with what you buy, so if something is wrong I will fix it or refund you.

Immediate delivery and your right to withdraw

If you live in the EU, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. For digital content that is delivered immediately, that right ends once the download begins, but only if you have agreed to immediate delivery and acknowledged this. At checkout you will be asked to confirm both. If you do not confirm, the order cannot be completed.

When I will refund you

  • The files are corrupted, will not open, or I cannot fix the problem after you contact me.
  • You received the wrong files, or the instructions are materially different from the product page (for example, steps or parts are missing).
  • You were charged but did not receive your download link.
  • You bought the same item twice by mistake and contact me within [14] days.

When I cannot refund you

  • You changed your mind after downloading.
  • The price or availability of individual LEGO® parts changed after your purchase. Parts lists are a snapshot, and marketplace stock changes daily.
  • The model did not turn out as expected because of building or part-substitution choices. The free YouTube tutorial for each build is there so you can check it before you buy.

How to ask for a refund

Email [contact email] within [14] days of your purchase with your order number and the email address used at checkout. I reply within [2] business days. Bundles are refunded as a whole under the same rules.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method (Stripe, Square or PayPal) and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank. When a refund is issued, the license to use the files ends, and I ask that you delete your copies.

Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights, including your rights under Czech and EU law when digital content is faulty or not as described.
